It is among the participants in the outstanding Chacarillas Act in 1977, symbolic meeting organized by the Youth Front of National Unity to celebrate the day of youth at the top of Mount Chacarillas de Santiago, in which General Augusto Pinochet, gave a speech with the guidelines of the new institutionality that would govern the State in the following years.
