Patreksfjörður ("the Patrician Fjord") is a fjord and an urban center located in the region of Vestfirðir, Iceland.

In 2013 it had 651 inhabitants. It takes its name in honor to Saint Patrick, the spiritual guide of Örlygur Hrappson, the first person who settled down in the place. Its main economic activity is fishing.

It has a swimming pool, a bank, a camping area, four guest houses, a hotel, two restaurants, two cafes and a gas station.

There is also a hospital, a police station and the town hall of Vesturbyggð. Transport

The town and its surroundings have Patreksfjörður Airport.
