Bulgogi is one of Korea's most popular beef dishes. Literally translated means the flesh, and it is also used for other Korean barbecue dishes, such as roof bulgogi (chicken) and dweji bulgogi (pig).
It's just in a Korean restaurant to grill the marinated meat itself over a fire or bake on a hot plate. Often, cloves of garlic, onion rings and sliced green peppers are baked. On the table are also the necessary side dishes (banchan) and of course rice.
The South Korean popular fast food chain Lotteria also sells Bulgogi citizens. The McDonald's also has the Bulgogi citizen, as a local variation on the menu.
