The Grand Prix Formula 1 of Great Britain 1997 was held on July 13, 1997 at Silverstone.
reportBoth Williams occupied the first run, but Heinz-Harald Frentzen left his engine off and had to start the race while the race had to be restarted. For him, the race did not take long: in the first round, Frentzen fought with Jos Verstappen and flew with a smooth tire from the track.
