Boschgeest is a district in Voorschoten. The district is bordered on the north side by the Bloemwijk, on the east side through Veurseweg, on the south side through open meadows and on the west side through the Leiden - The Hague railway line.
Boschgeest has the oldest spores of habitation in Voorschoten, as soil discoveries show that there were already settlements of lively fishermen / hunters for 2000 years before Christ.
The current district was built in the 1950s, 60s, and seventies of the twentieth century. In the neighborhood, the Mother God Church and the British School in the Netherlands are image-building buildings.
