Bumping is an understanding of the forum world on the Internet.
Bumping it is repeated or repeated to post comments on a thread or topic in an internet forum so as to keep this thread at the top of the list with the aim of keeping it longer to the attention of the visitors. Bump stands for "Bring Up My Post". If this happens to an excessive extent, this is usually experienced as annoying and therefore not accepted by the forum moderator (s), allowing the bumpers to get a warning or ban.
