Armin Ernesto Andereya Latorre, is a Chilean diplomat, current ambassador of Chile to the United Nations in Vienna. Biography

Andereya holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Santiago de Chile and a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Belgrano, Argentina. And he holds a bachelor's degree in various disciplines, including Security and Defense from the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies in Chile; Law, Politics and Institutions of the European Union of the University of Los Andes, Colombia; International Trade of the University of Mayor, Chile.

During his diplomatic career, Andereya has held various positions, among them: Minister Counselor of the Peruvian Embassy; serving in different capacities at the Embassy in Argentina, Germany and the Netherlands; served at the Permanent Mission to the UN, New York; Consul, Consulate General in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Consul, Consulate of Munich and Bonn, Germany. Andereya also served in various departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including culture and communications; Europe; human resources; international multilateral affairs and security; and the Directorate-General for External Policies and the General Directorate for Multilateral and Global Affairs.

He speaks Spanish, English and German and has two children.
