In Spain, the catalog of pharmaceutical specialties brings together all the medicines registered available on the market, arranged by groups of therapeutic indications. For each drug the composition, dosage and possible interactions and contraindications are described. It appears indexed by different criteria, among others by the majority compounds or active principles, allowing the pharmacist to substitute a drug for another equivalent in its composition and indications. This is a text primarily addressed to the pharmacy office. The plants appear with their scientific names in the indices where the components of the medicines are included.
