Douglas Beasley

The Douglas Beasley is a British historic motorcycle

The Englishman Douglas St. Julian Beasley was an amateur engineer (third in the Lightweight TT of 1948), who built a number of frames for the Velocette KTT racers in the early 1950s. In 1955 he built a complete racecraft with a 125cc two-cylinder four stroke engine. Technically, it was a modern motorcycle, not only because of the two cylinders, but also because of the double overhead camshafts. There were four gears on board, but the racer did not succeed.
