International Astronomical Youth Camp (IAYC) is an annual summer camp for young adults with a focus on astronomy. Founded in 1969, IAYC took place in more than 30 countries, including Europe, North Africa and the Near East. The main purpose of the camp is, apart from having fun practicing group astronomy, bringing people from different parts of the globe together, encouraging them to work together, and learning more about science. p>
