The Sportgemeinschaft Essen-Schönebeck 19/68 is the women's section of SGS Essen, a German football club. Dress in blue and white, and play in the Women's Bundesliga at the Stadion Essen in Essen.
It was created in 1973, when the club was called Grün-Weiss Schönebeck; took its current name by merging with VfB Borbeck in 2000. In 2004 it ascended to the Bundesliga.
His best results are three 5th places (2009, 2012, 2015). In 2014 he reached the final of the DFB-Pokal; lost it against 1.FFC Frankfurt. Template 2015-16
