Los Alamos beach, also known as El Cañuelo beach, is a beach in Torremolinos, on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, Andalusia, Spain. It is a semi-urban beach with golden sand and moderate waves, located at the north end of the city, between Playamar Beach, to the south, and the limit with the municipality of Málaga, to the north. It has a length of about 1,500 meters and about 60 meters of average width. It is a beach with a medium level of occupation, being the furthest away from the center of the city.
Among the services available, we can highlight the following showers and rescue equipment, family chiringitos, Chillout Pubs such as Moliere Playa or Cafe del Mar and several hotels such as Hotel Los Jazmines, Hotel Riu BelPlaya, Hotel Puente Real.
This beach is also well known for the Kitesurf activities that take place in it thanks to the good winds that it enjoys.
It is possible to access by car and there are plenty of parking lots although in summer it can be difficult to find one free. There is also a local train stop with the same name.
