Superdeporte is the sports newspaper of the Valencian Community that focuses on the sports news of that community, mainly in football teams like Valencia CF or Levante UD, of which it is the informant; it also covers the news of clubs like Villarreal C.F. or Elche CF, among others. It also covers several teams nationwide in all categories and even international. Its digital edition is considered the great success of the Valencian press in 2014 and 2015 due to its enormous growth (Sources: Comscore and Google Analytics). In addition to football, Superdeporte deals with topical basketball teams from the Valencian Community such as: Valencia Basket Club or CB Lucentum Alicante, as well as rugby teams such as CAU Rugby Valencia and CR La Vila. This newspaper, belonging to the Editorial Iberian Press group, both in its digital and printed editions, is the fifth in importance at the national level and the first outside of Madrid and Barcelona in the sector.
