Zhao Xue
Zhao Xue (April 6, 1985) is a chess chess star. She is a grandmaster.
Her biggest achievement was winning the world championship championship for girls for 20 years in 2002, defeating Humpy Koneru in a tie break.
In 2007 she became second in the Women's Super tournament, the North Urals Cup, with 6 points out of 9; she lost from former world champion Zhu Chen in a tie-break.
In 2008, at the World Women's Championships, she was eliminated in the second round by losing Shen Yang with ½-1½.
In 2010 she again participated in the World Women's Championship Championship. In the semifinal, she was eliminated by losing Ruan Lufei with 1½-2½.
In 2011 she participated in the FIDE Women's Grand Prix 2011-2012, finishing in Shenzhen with a score of 6 out of 11 in a shared 5th / 6th place with Ruan Lufei.
In October 2011, she won a Grand Prix tournament in Nalchik (Russia) with 9.5 pt out of 11.
