Os trochleare calcanei or os trochleae is the name for an accessory foot root bone which sometimes develops as an extra ossification point during embryonic development. The bones are located on the plantary side of the foot root, on the lateral side of the ligamentum calcaneonaviculare plantar.

On x-rays, an os trochlear calcanei is sometimes unjustified as a deviating, loose bone or as a fracture.
