Jacques Toupet (Melun, France, 1943) is a French artist. His work can be divided into several periods, at the beginning of his career he made mainly black and white drawings and designs destined in many cases to printed publications and disc covers. After a trip to Mexico and Guatemala, his style underwent a transformation, adopting new forms and beginning to use the color in his compositions. From the 90s of the 20th century he made works using the acrylic technique and later engraving.
