Jose Maria Gianelli is an Argentine pianist and composer born on March 26, 1947 in Buenos Aires. He studied at the conservatory Santa Cecilia, Williams and Manuel de Falla of the Argentine capital. His works range from the modern repertoire to tango. Among his best known compositions stand out Love without freedom, In spite of everything, A Moment, Tango Loco, Tango Reo, The Sanatorium, Cada vez, Lluvia de Marzo. Resides in Montreal (Canada) since 1972.
