The Nguruge Mountains is a mountain range located in the Moroccan District of Tanzania, Africa. The mountains reach the highest point at an altitude of 2400 meters.

The Nguru Mountains form the beginning of a longer mountain range that stretches through Ussagara and Uhehe to Niassa. Among other things, the Wami originates in the Nguruge Mountains.
