Edmond Leclercq born in Dampremy on March 14, 1867, died in Marcinelle on January 7, 1959, is a Belgian industrialist and politician of liberal tendency and militant Walloon.

He was communal councilor then alderman of Marcinelle. In 1932 he succeeded the Chamber as successor to Arthur Pater as a Member of Parliament and he sat in the Belgian Parliament as a Member until 1947. In 1946 he assumed the position of Secretary of the Walloon Parliamentary Group. He also sat in the Walloon Assembly. He participated in the Walloon National Congress of 1945.
