Eugenio Entrambasaguas Caracuel (born in Málaga in 1937) was a Spanish politician of the Republican Union. He was mayor of Malaga in two periods during the Second Republic: between 1933 and 1934, and between 1936 and the fall of the city in Franco's hands in February 1937, during the Spanish Civil War.

During the war he was very critical of the murders that took place in the city and he managed to save many right-wing malagueños, whom he helped to escape to Gibraltar by collaborating with the Mexican consul Porfirio Smerdou. After the fall of Málaga in Francoist hands was executed by order of Carlos Arias Navarro, which earned the nickname "Butcher of Malaga".
