Ramón II de Pallars (? - 995), count of Pallars (948-995). Son of Count Lope I of Pallars and his wife Gotruda de Cerdaña. He was a grandson on behalf of the mother of the Counts Miró II de Cerdaña and Delá de Ampurias.
On the death of his father, in 948, and the resignation of his uncle Isarn I de Pallars, he ascended along with his brothers Borrell and Suñer I de Pallars to the throne of the county of Pallars.
He was succeeded by his nephew Ermengol I of Pallars and his younger brother, Suñer I de Pallars.
