Salvador Rodríguez Becerra (Cortes de la Frontera, Malaga, 1943) is a Spanish anthropologist. Biography
Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Seville since 2001. He directs the Group of Research and Studies on the Religion of the Andalusians (GIESRA). He is a founding member of the Machado Foundation (1985), of which he was president between 1994 and 2001. He has been a member of the Andalusian Commission of Ethnology of the Junta de Andalucía and director of the Museum of Arts and Popular Customs of Seville between 1989 and 1991 . Work
