(385185) 1993 RO is a plutino. This was the first pluton discovered after Pluto, with 1993 RP and (15788) 1993 SB, discovered respectively one and two days later. The discovery dates back to 1993, using a 2.2 m telescope at the Mauna Kea Observatory. We know very little about 1993 RO, the value of its diameter being even estimated at ~ 90 km on the sole basis of an albedo itself assumed to 0.09. code change the code edit code
