The Distinction Recognition National University for Academic Youth (RDUNJA) is an award granted by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) annually to full-time academic career staff, who meet the requirement of being under 40 years of age and that stand out for their transcendental work in terms of teaching, research and dissemination of culture.
It includes 16 areas, which are research and teaching in exact sciences, natural sciences, social sciences, economics, administration and arts, as well as teaching in higher secondary education in exact and natural sciences, humanities, social sciences and administrative economics; technological innovation and architecture and design, as well as the field of artistic creation and extension of culture.
