Dubdon d'Atholl

Dubdon of Atholl (in the 960s) was Atholl's Mormaer (in Gaelic, satrapas Athochlach) during the reign of King Dubh I of Scotland.

The Chronicle of the Kings of Alba state that Dubdon was killed with the lay priest Dúnchad of Dunkeld during the Battle of Dorsum Crup, opposing King Dubh to his relative Cuilén, during which the former won. The fact that Dubdon died in the battle and that the base of his power is located in the south of the Alba kingdom suggests that he was the ally of Cuilén and the enemy of Dub.
