Telefónica O2 Czech Republic (Telefónica 2 Czech Republic) is the largest telecommunications company in the Czech Republic. The company manages the Czech fixed network, one of the three GSM networks and one of the three UMTS networks of the country. The company originated from a merger of Český Telecom (the then fixed line operator) and Eurotel (a mobile telephony provider). As a joint venture, it became the property of Spanish Telephony in 2005. The company is headed by Telefónica's subsidiary Telefónica Europe plc and the director of the Czech department is Salvador Anglada Gonzalez.

The company's headquarters is located in the Prague district of Žižkov. Telefónica O2 Czech Republic is listed on the PX Index of the Prague Stock Exchange.
