Khalid Mahmoud (born July 3, 1961) is a British politician. A member of the Labor Party, he was elected to the Birmingham constituency, Perry Barr in 2001. A graduate of UCE Birmingham, he was a city councilor before becoming a member of Parliament.
He was also the personal parliamentary secretary to Minister Tony McNulty from November 10, 2005 to September 6, 2006. edit code
