Antonio de Deza y Ulloa (born in Huejotzingo June 29, 1658 Baptism faith of Don Antonio de Deza y Ulloa) - and he died on September 20, 1728 His complete title was "Captain of horses and armor, Don Antonio Deza y Ulloa, knight of the Order of Santiago, accountant official judge of the Real Estate and Caja de la Ciudad de Mexico, governor and captain general of the kingdom of Nueva Vizcaya. " He is named twice in the narration of Carlos de Sigüenza y Góngora of 1692, in which he narrates a riot in Mexico. Apparently, Deza y Ulloa sponsored the books of Fray Antonio de Segura, who would have the governor's favor; the friar wrote to him 289 verses that compose the Triumphal Arch and Loa. He sent three leaflets of the carols of Diego Sevilla and Espinosa.
