The Jefferson County Public Schools (JEFFCO Public Schools) is a school district in Colorado. It has its headquarters, the Jeffco Public Schools Education Center, in West Pleasant View, an unincorporated area of the county, near Golden. The district manages schools in Jefferson County. Jeffco is the largest school district in the state of Colorado. Jeffco has more than 84,000 students and approximately 4,700 teachers.
