Jacobo Hernando Fitz-James Stuart and Gomez (born November 15, 1947) is the 12th Duke of Berwick, heir to the ducal house of Berwick in England, as the son of Fernando Alfonso Fitz-James Stuart and Saavedra , and grandson of Don Hernando Carlos Maria Teresa Fitz-James Stuart and Falcó (younger brother of James Fitz-James Stuart and, therefore, uncle of Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart, XVIII Duchess of Alba, who also was the XI Duchess of Berwick for Spain with its corresponding subsidiary titles).
